A restart of the primary router fixed the issue. Backup router did not take over because the primary router was still semi-functional.

We will implement additional checks to make sure the backup takes over when the primary router fails.

Due to a crash on our routing platform, the network at Unix-Solutions Data Center (bebru1) is currently unavailable. Network in bebru2 is up and running.
